Q8: What three words would your friends use to describe you?

​Only a couple more questions left from this campaign and today it’s: What three words would your friends use to describe you?

This question sometimes pops up in an interview so if you’re not sure how to answer this question have a good think and put a professional spin on them.

For example, instead of just giving a one-worded answer think of the following points:

• What traits do you hold that are important/relevant to the job?

• How can the employer better get to know you?

• How can you communicate that you’re a team-player or able to build strong relationships?

My conversation with the consultants was much more informal so they can get away with it this time - haha!

So, what 3 words would our consultants’ nearest and dearest use to describe them?

“Influential, Attentive and Genuine.”

Oscar…

“Sarcastic, Confident and Open-minded (but like in the sense of open to doing anything).”

Ben…

“Honest, Happy-go-lucky and Generous.”

Emily…

“Approachable, Bubbly and Hardworking.”

Eddie…

“Excitable, Fun and Carefree.”

Darren…

“Spontaneous, Cool and Humble.”
